The Vox Cantoris ensemble performs an unpublished Saint Matthew Passion miraculously discovered among the very first French printed music in 1534, composed by Claudin de Sermisy, the greatest French Renaissance master of music.

This liturgical passion offers a remarkable narration of the last hours of the Christ, alternating plain chant and polyphony, without any intervention other than the human voice in all its richness.
